Nicolas Curcio received his B.A. in English from UCLA in 2013, where he first began collaborating with mentor James Franco. Nic took two creative writing courses with Franco and TA'd the course after graduating, where he helped produce a series called BREAKING RAD.
He was also a co-writer on KILLING ANIMALS, a feature film produced by and starring Franco, in association with UCLA.
In 2015, Nic entered USC's MFA Production program, where his original script/concept, BETH HOOPER AND THE SUPER AWESOME DANCE BATTLE THAT SAVED THE WORLD! was selected by USC/Pepsi and funded 50k. This five minute short will be released on YouTube via PEPSI/USC.
His writing credits also include an episode of AOL's Emmy Nominated Web Series, Making A Scene with James Franco.
Nic is currently writing/developing a feature film, SPLASH MOUNTAIN, based on a novel of the same name, by James Franco.
