Removed Under Lock and Key, which did not fit several of the rules for this list.

I want to know why in a list supposedly about military and veteran themes anything set prior to Vietnam would not be allowed. That seems to be a strange rule as many of the best books with a military theme such as Guadalcanal Diary, which I read as a teenager, are set in a time when most people served and had something to say about being a vet.
That's to prevent tons of historical fiction from showing up on the list. I'm intending it for contemporary, but willing to go back as far as Vietnam. There are lots of WWII lists already.
